✘ Canvas' won't exceed 4000px and are at 300dpi. Pixel art is 1000x1000px and lower, and you may specify a size based on 50px multiples (ex; 250, 300, 350 etc.). If not, I will decide myself.

➀ My prices have the domestic fee charged by PayPal included (easier for me that way). If you're international, my terms state you are required to use a fee calculator! Here are links to two: Indy, Wise.
✘ I will send you an invoice before I begin (not accept) your commission and you must pay it within 24hrs
✧ Once the sketch is complete I will send it to you! You may ask for alterations at the sketch stage, but once you okay the sketch, you will be charged up to $70-100 for any changes at the flats stage, amount depending on thr change

Please keep in mind that the estimated time it takes me to complete your commission is for when I officially start working on your comm, meaning when I message you that I have started yours, not when I accept it. ◁

βœ– Terms of Service

A. Client & Artist Rights

  1. The art you commission from me is for your personal use only, i.e profile pictures, wallpapers, profile displays etc. You cannot use it to sell any sort of merchandise. I do not offer commercial commissions.

  2. You may print the artwork for your personal use only. Any commercial products (t-shirts, totes, mugs, flyers etc.) are prohibited.

  3. You will receive a digital .png image. If you post the illustration anywhere, you are required to credit me as the artist.

  4. You can not claim my artwork as your own in any way. You can claim the character and the design as yours if it is, but you cannot claim the artwork itself.

  5. If you want your commission to be private for any reason, you must tell me on the request form.

  6. I reserve the right to include my watermark on the finished product. This is non-negotiable.

  7. I reserve the right to decline and accept commissions based on what I am confident I can deliver.

  8. I reserve the right to doodle in between commissions, or take full-day breaks, to prevent burnout while getting through them. Do not commission me if this will be a problem.

  9. I reserve the right to work at the pace I am comfortable with to complete your commission. Please do not rush me, or I may cancel your commission and consider not accepting future requests.

  10. Any kind of NFT or AI usage is completely prohibited.

  11. Removing my watermark is prohibited.

  12. Editing my artwork in any way, or tracing over it as a base, is prohibited.

  13. I reserve the right to post the artwork online on my social media and galleey, with the proper credit given to the characters owner and designer.

B. Time

  1. Completing commissions will possibly take a few months (2-3), considering: design complexity, workload, work, any detailed background art, and family concerns.

  2. Please uderstand that I try my hardest to complete commissions/illustrations in a timely manner but I struggle with constant fatigue and work part time. I cannot stress enough that you take this into careful consideration if you decide to commission me. I will not tolerate harassment over how long it takes me to complete your commission.

  3. If I cannot complete your commission you will be refunded 50-80% depending on what stage I'm on.

  4. I will inform you of any major delays pertaining to your commissions completion.

C. Payment

  1. Payment is 100% upfront once I send you a message stating that I am beginning your commission, not when I accept your request for one.
    - If you cannot pay me within 24hrs of receiving the invoice via PayPal, without a reasonable explanation or compromise, I will cancel your commission and may not consider taking requests from you again in the future.

  2. My prices have PayPal' domestic invoice fees already added to them for convenience. If you are international or paying in anyway that may incur a fee you are required to use a fee calculator to ensure you are sending me the correct amount listed for the commission you chose. If I do not receive the correct amount, and you don't correct the mistake, I will cancel your commission.

  3. There is no refund once the sketch has been approved.

  4. You are required to contact me if you decide to cancel the commission. Depending on what stage of completion I'm on, you will be refunded 50-70%.

  5. If I decide to not continue your commission you will be refunded 100%.

  6. You may not request PayPal chargebacks. In the case of a refund I will transfer the money back to you myself using the PayPal email you provided me.

  7. If you request a PayPal chargeback for any reason, I will decline, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to do as I see fit with the illustration. Additionally, you will not be allowed to request a commission again.
